Advent: Peace

Adventus Redemptoris! The Redeemer comes! Advent is the season that leads the Christian pilgrim in fresh anticipation of the coming of the Christ. In this series, the worship arts and teaching will reflect in the four consecutive weeks of advent the themes of hope, peace, joy, and love. These are ‘democratic words’, longed for by all of us regardless of place in life. What do they mean in a world often filled with despair, anxiety, depression and isolation? How are they fulfilled in the birth of a blue collar kid in Bethlehem? Join us in the advent journey.
