Acts 4

There they are...in the footsteps of Jesus. Followers standing in the very place of their rabbi—speaking the words of their teacher, and gathering listeners. Peter throws off all distractions and speaks of one man who was more than man, who was in fact-- “the author of Life”. Thousands weep over their empty lives. Thousands rise from their shame @ the call of God. Thousands become followers of Jesus. These followers quickly learn that the footsteps of Jesus rarely lead to a place of glory, and yet, as Jesus went, so the Church must follow.
