Acts 23:12-35

Life is hard. There are always the difficulties of ourselves, others, and the world around us. For the Christ follower there are unique challenges: loving others and the struggle against our sin nature. In Paul's case, he also faces forty fasting zealots trying to murder him. While we may never face murderous assassins, all those who seek to live following God in Christ will endure some persecution.
